OneCompetency automatically suggests recommended alternatives when available. If no suitable option exists, simply submit a request and our team will work with you to create the needed checklist or assessment.
Yes. OneCompetency is fully mobile-optimized, allowing clinicians to complete assessments easily from their phones – anytime, anywhere.
Assessments range from 15 to 50 minutes, with one minute allotted per question. Most clinicians finish in 10 to 30 minutes.
A second attempt is automatically assigned. If a third is needed, your dashboard’s remediation widget will flag the clinician and prompt you to take action.
It supports clinicians who need additional guidance during the competency validation process. Available after two unsuccessful assessment attempts or review of a completed skills checklist, this service provides educational guidance to help clinicians identify knowledge gaps, strengthen test-taking strategies, and build confidence for reassessment.
